Software that does one thing, on your machine.
Kodari is a one-person studio. Everything here started as a tool I needed while working on payment systems — parsing a DE 55 blob at 2am, checking whether a bitmap really turns on bit 55, confirming a check digit before sending a test file.
The tools are deliberately small. They do not sign you in, they do not remember your data, and they do not send it anywhere. Where a standard is ambiguous, the output says so rather than presenting a guess as fact.
These are debugging aids, not certified reference implementations. If a tool disagrees with your specification, trust the specification.
